About The Position
Villa Restaurant Group is opening a new Starbucks location at Orlando International Airport, and we’re looking for energetic, customer-focused Baristas to join our team. If you love creating great guest experiences, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a strong team, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to obtain airport badging (background check required)
Nice To Haves
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages to standard
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Follow all food safety and cash handling procedures
- Work as part of a team to meet service and sales goals
