About The Position

Delaware North parks and Resports is hiring part-time Baristas to join our team at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite in Fish Camp, California. As a Barista, you will deliver excellent guest service through mastery of coffee knowledge and recipes, educating team members and customers, and making beverages to brand specifications. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and perform repetitive motions throughout your shift.
• Ability to remain stationary for the entire length of shift.
• Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Inform guests about additional items and use suggestive selling techniques.
• Serve food and beverage items in correct proportions, following all health, safety, and proper sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in opening or closing of the location.
• Perform clean-up duties, including cleaning equipment.
• Record all transactions via the point of sale system; maintain accurate cash count and balance banks at end of shift.
• Collect money for food and beverage items; process credit cards or determine correct change for guests.
