About The Position

We’re looking for a full-time barista to join our team at Idea Coffee! This role is ideal for someone who’s friendly, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Barista experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm during rushes.
• Available to work weekends and flexible with schedule.

Nice To Haves

• Barista or food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make coffee, espresso drinks, and teas to order.
• Take customer orders on a POS system and handle payments.
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized.
• Prepare small food dishes such as sandwiches and heating pastries.
• Help with prep, dishes, and restocking as needed.
• Work well with the team and communicate clearly.
• Open or close the shop depending on the shift.
