About The Position

This hands-on training approach thoroughly educates baristas on how to perform their jobs safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have the ability to create a meaningful and helpful environment by showing customers appreciation and kind service. Building right relationships with coworkers through transparent communication and teamwork is a key attribute. Memorization plays a key role for creating drink consistency and customer retention. Baristas will be making blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes following a unique creation sequence.

Requirements

Availability from 5:00 am to Noon.
Weekday and Weekend availability a must (including Holidays). Weekends include Friday - Sunday.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments.
Handling food according to state health codes.
Interest in product knowledge to support exceptional customer service.
Teamwork.
Ability to maintain drink consistencies.
Interest in learning new recipes.
Ability to work in an energetic and fast-paced environment.
Ability to be organized and clean.

Making blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes following a unique creation sequence.
