Requirements
- Previous customer service and specialty drink preparation experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, basic math proficiency, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer flow by providing quick, efficient, and accurate transactions in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Prepare specialty drinks with speed and accuracy, ensuring recipe adherence and visual appeal.
- Collaborate with Team Members and leaders across departments to deliver consistent, knowledgeable customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive front-end and café station, including surrounding merchandising and service areas.
