Legends is the official hospitality partner of Raymond James Stadium, home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The partnership includes overseeing the Raymond James Stadium food and beverage program development and management for concessions, suites and premium areas for all game days, concerts, special events and any food and beverage related activations for the iconic Pirate Ship. Legends is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Barista to join our premium catering team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and espresso beverages while providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, high-end environment within Raymond James Stadium on NFL gamedays, College Football Gamedays, Concerts and Private Events. This role plays an essential part in delivering a premium experience to guests in our Hall of Fame Clubs.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing food and beverage role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest service.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of coffee and espresso preparation techniques a plus.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Must be available to work all major stadium events, including Tampa Bay Buccaneers and USF games, concerts, and private events.
- Must adhere to Legends’ grooming and uniform standards.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, espresso, lattes, teas, and specialty drinks to exact standards.
- Greet guests with a warm, professional attitude and deliver quick, accurate service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and surrounding service areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies such as syrups, cups, lids, and milk as needed.
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned, maintained, and functioning properly.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Legends’ quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations during peak times.
- Assist with setup and breakdown before and after events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
