About The Position

We are seeking engaging and passionate individuals to join our team as Baristas. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for our menu offerings, a strong focus on guest service, and a willingness to collaborate within a team. You will be responsible for preparing recipes, owning beverage stations (smoothies, coffees, teas, acai bowls), stocking and preparing stations for service, communicating product needs, and maintaining cleanliness and organization. A commitment to high-quality ingredients and food preparation is essential. We are looking for individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and share our company's values and mission.

Responsibilities

• Prepares recipes according to standard procedures.
• Own the Beverage stations making smoothies, coffees, teas and acai bowls
• Stocks and prepares stations for service.
• Communicates product needs to managers-on-duty (MODs).
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the station.
• Ensures high-quality ingredients and standard food preparation.
