About The Position

Common Man Roadside Market & Deli is hiring Baristas for their Derry location on Crystal Ave. This is a fun, fast-paced location where employees can love where they work. The pay rate is $16-$18/hour, depending on experience. Open availability and flexibility with scheduling are desired. Baristas provide friendly and knowledgeable service to guests, assisting them in placing orders for food and drinks. Baristas prepare hot and cold beverages in the café, bake and serve fresh pastries, expo food orders, and help keep the front of the house clean and stocked.
