Building right relationships with coworkers through transparent communication and teamwork is a key attribute. Memorization plays a key role for creating drink consistency and customer retention. Our baristas are making blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes following a unique creation sequence.

Requirements

Flexible to schedule between 5:30am-8:30pm
Availability to work about 18-28 hour/week
Have Year-Round Availability
Weekends and holidays availability a Must
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments
Have an interest in product knowledge to support exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

Making blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes following a unique creation sequence.
Handling food according to state health codes.
Maintain drink consistencies with the interest in learning new recipes.
Work in an energetic and face-paced environment.
Must have the ability to be organized and clean.
