About The Position

US Digital is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Barista to operate our in-house Engedi Coffee Bar on Fridays. In this role, you will represent US Digital on the front lines of hospitality by preparing coffee beverages and creating a welcoming experience for employees and guests. In addition to barista responsibilities, this position also provides backup support to the Hospitality Team , assisting with maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of our facility when needed. This is a part-time role with regular Friday hours , with occasional opportunities to pick up additional hours to provide coverage or support.

Requirements

• Previous barista or customer service experience preferred (not required)
• Must obtain a Washington State Food Handler’s Card prior to the first day of employment
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with others professionally
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office programs is helpful
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Green Card Holder

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee beverages according to established recipes and procedures
• Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service to employees and guests
• Accurately ring sales orders and handle transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked coffee bar
• Restock products and supplies as needed
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Open and close Engedi according to the scheduled hours of operation
• Assist with routine cleaning of the Engedi area and surrounding spaces
• Provide backup support to the Hospitality Team when needed
• Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
