Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work flexible hours as needed
Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and warmly
Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Previous barista experience or background in coffee service with food handler certificate is highly preferred.
Experience in food industry roles involving serving, food preparation, or retail math is a plus

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
Engage with customers warmly, taking orders efficiently and providing outstanding service
Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform cashiering duties with accuracy using POS systems
Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and compliance
Assist in basic food preparation tasks, including assembling snacks or light food items as needed. Restock supplies and coordinating with vendors.
