This position involves completing opening and closing duties, which include setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, and ensuring doors are locked before leaving at the end of the shift. The role requires setting up, stocking, and maintaining work areas, including stocking ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Responsibilities also include removing soiled wares from the bar top and tables, and maintaining the cleanliness and condition of work areas, the bar, bar unit, and tables according to set-up guidelines. The job requires adherence to all company and safety/security policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions, and completing safety training and certifications. The role also entails ensuring a clean and professional appearance, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information, and protecting company assets. A key aspect is welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and expressing genuine appreciation. Communication should be clear and professional. Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with others and supporting team goals are essential. The position requires adherence to quality expectations and standards. Tasks include reading and visually verifying information in various formats, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination are needed for manipulating objects. The role involves moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, as well as up and down stairs or service ramps. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, is also required. Other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors may be assigned.
