About The Position
The Barista serves quality beverages in a clean, organized environment demonstrating exceptional hospitality. Baristas must have the ability to provide the best coffee experience possible with top-notch customer service, follow all company drink recipes and procedures, brew coffee and prepare smoothie drink recipes, operate and maintain espresso machines, maintain, stock and clean the barista area, and back up all food service areas including cashier as needed.
Requirements
- At least 6 months experience working as a BARISTA
Responsibilities
- Provide the best coffee experience possible with top notch customer service
- Follow all company drink recipes and procedures.
- Brew coffee and prepare smoothie drink recipes.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines.
- Maintain, stock and clean barista area.
- Back up all food service area including cashier as needed.
