About The Position
Town and Country Resort is seeking a Full-Time Barista for The MRKT, a vibrant spot within the resort known for quick bites, quality coffee, and grab-and-go items. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, enjoys creating positive guest experiences, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean workspace, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred, but not required.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment (think morning coffee rush levels of busy).
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask without breaking a sweat—or spilling the latte.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other menu items with consistency and care.
- Deliver friendly, efficient service that keeps guests coming back.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace.
- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Keep the vibe upbeat—because coffee tastes better with good energy.
