About The Position

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving beverages in a hospital café environment while delivering a positive and supportive experience to patients, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, tea, and other drinks according to standardized recipes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in compliance with hospital and food safety standards
  • Ensure proper use, care, and basic maintenance of coffee equipment and café work areas
  • Restock beverage supplies and monitor inventory levels to support daily operations
  • Follow all infection control, hand hygiene, and workplace safety protocols
  • Maintain a calm and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff
  • Identify and report equipment issues or operational concerns to leadership
