Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks following established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, in compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist in food handling and beverage service to ensure quality presentation and timely delivery.
• Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks such as serving drinks, cleaning workspaces, and restocking supplies.
