Requirements

• No previous experience required; customer service, retail, or food service experience is considered an asset.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks, processes, and customer needs.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately.
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and creating meaningful customer connections.
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food products according to company recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment for customers and team members.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient store operations during busy and peak periods.
• Follow all health, safety, food handling, and cash-handling procedures to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
• Demonstrate reliability through regular attendance, punctuality, and a positive, professional attitude.
