About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you create a warm and welcoming space where each cup of coffee can spark connection. You help brighten customers’ days through friendly service, such as offering a warm smile or remembering a favorite order. The role suits someone who enjoys engaging with people, takes pride in their work, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required. Requirements

Responsibilities

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
