La Boulangerie is seeking an enthusiastic Barista to join its Front of House team. The ideal candidate is professional, energetic, and possesses a basic knowledge of beverage service. La Boulangerie is a charming neighborhood bakery and café, renowned for its handcrafted pastries, breads, and delicious sandwiches made from locally sourced products. Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar high-volume establishment
• Must have a personable demeanor, friendly personality, and a great smile

• 2+ years of experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and accepting orders and payments
• Prepare beverage items
• Establish consistent communication with FOH, BOH, and management
• Provide attentive service while anticipating needs
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization
• Build and maintain good rapport with regular customers
• Offer menu insight and recommendations when appropriate
