About The Position

The Barista role at the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is a part-time position within the Food and Beverage team. The primary focus of this role is to provide exceptional hospitality by delivering memorable experiences to guests through food and drink service. The barista is responsible for brightening guests' days and spreading warmth and hospitality.

Requirements

• A minimum of three (3) months of customer service experience.
• A minimum of three (3) months of barista experience.
• A valid Food Safety Certification and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification.
• The ability to adapt, stay organized, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Nice To Haves

• Previous fine dining experience is a plus.
