About The Position
Barista employment opportunity at Fika Cafe located in Galpin Volvo. We are excited to introduce Fika, a Swedish-inspired espresso bar celebrating the tradition of a meaningful coffee break. Our new location, situated within the beautiful Galpin Volvo dealership, offers high-quality espresso, artisanal chocolate, and homemade pastries in a welcoming, elevated environment. Full Time and Part Time Positions Available.
Requirements
- Customer service or cashier experience; restaurant/barista experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional work ethic and high integrity
- Ability to work as a team and/or independently
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and contribute to a welcoming environment for Volvo and Fika customers
- Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee and tea drinks
- Take payment from customers with attend to any customer needs or concerns
- Contribute to an excellent guest experience by working effectively with team members
- Maintain professional communication with guests
- Develop your customer service skills and take your career to new heights!
