About The Position
The Barista will be responsible for the highest quality preparation and service of coffee-based beverages and other specialty drinks, as well as the service of food items such as bread, pastries, salads and sandwiches. Candidates must be 21 years or older to apply.
Requirements
- 1 year or more of prior barista experience is desired
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Professional espresso and coffee preparation knowledge & skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong teamwork abilities to work efficiently in a fast paced and high-volume environment
