Responsibilities

Review upcoming activities to anticipate busy and slow periods.
Stock food, coffee, and beverage supplies.
Follow opening and closing procedures for tills at the start and end of shifts.
Ring up items accurately, compute bills, collect payment, and provide change as needed.
Take and fill customer orders promptly and courteously.
Serve meals, salads, and beverages to patrons as required.
Greet guests warmly and introduce yourself by name.
Maintain knowledge of beverages, food items, and daily specials.
Ensure all guests consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age.
Train new associates as directed.
Practice responsible alcohol service following TPI Hospitality Alcohol Awareness Program.
Clean and organize work area at the end of the shift according to checklist.
Communicate issues, concerns, complaints, compliments, and suggestions to management.
Support TPI Hospitality’s Mission, Vision, philosophy, policies, and procedures.
