About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Barista to prepare coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other café drinks while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and customer service. This position will also support the Bakery team with basic tasks such as production, oven work, packaging, restocking, display organization, and cleaning.

Requirements

• Must be able to work rotating shifts between 6:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m.
• Experience preparing coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, tea, and other beverages preferred.
• Excellent customer-service skill with attitude, reliability, punctuality, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Food Safety & Sanitation.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Barista, Coffee Barista, Café Attendant, Bakery employee, Food Service worker, or Customer Service representative preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other café drinks.
• Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and customer service.
• Support the Bakery team with basic tasks such as production, oven work, packaging, restocking, display organization, and cleaning.
• Operate and maintain café equipment, keeping all equipment clean and in good working condition.
• Keep beverage stations, display cases, counters, and work areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties as needed.
