Requirements

Previous café, food service, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to work independently and take initiative while contributing to a team environment
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible, adaptable, and dependable

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages and other menu items to company standards
Provide friendly, prompt, and memorable customer service with a guest-first mindset
Assist guests with beverage selections and product recommendations
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment
Follow company recipes, quality standards, and health and safety procedures
Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately handle cash transactions
Support the team in maintaining smooth daily operations
