About The Position

This role is for an in-store Starbucks at the Grand Chute/Appleton, WI location. The Barista will be responsible for making all coffee beverages including but not limited to espresso, cappuccino, lattes, and pour over coffee. In addition, the barista will be responsible for preparing food items in a timely manner while providing an excellent guest experience. This role will act both as barista and cashier. Full-time and part-time positions are available with shifts from 7 AM - 7:30 PM (can work 4, 6 or 8-hour shifts).

Requirements

Enjoy interacting with customers one-on-one.
Highly-organized with great attention to detail.
Great listening and communication skills.
Maintain good eye contact and positive body language.
Comfortable using electronic bakery and deli equipment.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product.

Nice To Haves

Current or previous experience as a Barista, Food Service, Restaurant, Cashier.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with their orders for a variety of Starbucks services.
Provide product suggestions and assist customers with special orders.
Ensure quality service and products for customers by following safety and sanitation procedures.

Stock product and product displays according to merchandising standards.
