Requirements

Must be able to operate coffee making equipment, dismantling and cleaning machinery when needed.
Must be able to accurately total, process and collect payments from guests using the point-of-sale system.
Must be able to handle money, process credit and debit cards, and make change.
Must comply with the company’s Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.
Must be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products.
Must be able to make recommendations to guests to fit their needs, especially when questioned about potential food allergens.

Responsibilities

Warmly greets, and acknowledge guest upon entering the concept.
Operate coffee making equipment, dismantling an cleaning machinery when needed.
Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system.
