About The Position

Looking to add a reliable team member to our barista family. We are open 363 days a year, closed Thanksgiving and Christmas. Shifts are 9:00 am - 4:00 pm and 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm. We are looking to hire someone to work 4-5 shifts per week.

Requirements

• Excellent listening and communication skills to effectively interact with coworkers and customers
• Basic coffee knowledge, such as how to prepare common coffee beverages
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to interact in a positive manner
• Strong teamwork abilities to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with other Baristas
• Attention to detail to manage specific customer requests as well as a high-volume beverage assembly line with minimal errors
• Time management and organizational skills to work efficiently and effectively in a high-volume workplace
• Willingness to work weekend shifts

Nice To Haves

• Advanced knowledge, such as roasting and grinding processes, coffee bean sourcing, and flavor differences
• Barista experience is a plus!
