About The Position

This role is responsible for enthusiastically supporting and actively promoting superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. The Barista will ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations within their area of responsibility and report potential issues to management. They will provide exceptional customer service with prompt service, quality beverages, and products. The Barista will also maintain assigned outlets throughout the day to ensure everything is acceptable to Bally’s Lake Tahoe standards.
