Requirements

Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to engage with guests and provide a welcoming experience.
Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive hand movements.
Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 25–30 pounds.
Manual dexterity to operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Tolerance for exposure to heat, steam, noise, and food aromas.
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
Capability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a range of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
Greet and engage with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations while delivering friendly and attentive customer service.
Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and functioning correctly.
Manage and restock coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other beverage ingredients as needed to ensure a well-supplied coffee bar.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, including providing change and processing payments.
Maintain a clean and organized coffee bar area, including regular cleaning of counters, machines, and utensils.
