About The Position

Common Man Roadside Market & Deli is hiring Baristas for our Manchester location on South Willow Street. This is a fun, fast-paced location where employees can love where they work. The pay rate is $16-$18/hour, depending on experience. Open availability and flexibility with scheduling are desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to guests, assisting them in placing orders for food and drinks.
• Prepare hot and cold beverages in the café.
• Bake and serve fresh pastries.
• Expo food orders.
• Help keep the front of the house clean and stocked.
