About The Position

Creative Dining Services is seeking a friendly, reliable Barista to join our new café at Hope College! The Barista provides fast, efficient, and welcoming service while preparing high-quality food and beverages.

Requirements

• 1 year retail or 6 months specialty coffee experience
• Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and drinks to standard recipes
• Deliver excellent customer service in a positive environment
• Operate register and credit card machine accurately
• Resolve customer concerns proactively
• Follow safe work practices and stay current on coffee trends
