About The Position

Feine Coffee Roasters is seeking friendly, dependable individuals to join their barista team in Conshohocken, PA. This is a hands-on café role where you will prepare coffee and espresso drinks, assist customers, maintain inventory, ensure cleanliness, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations, particularly during busy morning hours. While previous barista or café experience is preferred, Feine is willing to train candidates with a strong interest in coffee, a passion for hospitality, and a desire to learn.

Requirements

• Previous barista or café experience preferred.
• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable working with customers.
• Able to stay organized and keep moving in a busy environment.
• Willing to learn and take feedback.
• Available for mornings and weekends.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and other beverages.
• Take orders and create a friendly, welcoming experience for customers.
• Stock pastries, supplies, and grab-and-go items throughout the day.
• Keep the café, coffee bar, and work areas clean and organized.
• Help with light food prep and daily opening or closing tasks.
• Work together with the team to keep service moving during busy shifts.
• Follow recipes and food safety procedures.
