About The Position
Join SharBert Enterprises at our newest airport coffee destination, Milk Creek Café, located inside Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport. We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Barista to serve handcrafted coffee, espresso beverages, fresh pastries, breakfast favorites, and grab-and-go selections to travelers. Requirements

- Can perform the essential functions of the position, including standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting or moving items weighing up to approximately 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Can reliably work the posted Wednesday–Sunday schedule.
Nice To Haves
- Previous barista experience is a plus, but it is not required. We are happy to train individuals with the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to learn.
Responsibilities
- Prepare handcrafted espresso drinks, coffee beverages, teas, smoothies, and other specialty drinks with consistency and quality.
- Welcome every guest with friendly, authentic Montana hospitality.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
- Serve pastries, breakfast items, and grab-and-go food selections.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with opening, stocking, cleaning, and other daily café operations.
- Work efficiently during busy travel periods while maintaining exceptional guest service.
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive, encouraging work environment.
