About The Position

Daily Provisions is a growing collection of all-day neighborhood cafes with restaurant roots, founded in 2017. We offer a familiar yet elevated menu of classic dishes, including signature crullers, breakfast sandwiches, and freshly brewed coffee and teas. Our menu also features chef-driven salads, made-to-order sandwiches, seasonal sides, and comforting dinner dishes. Daily Provisions has expanded to multiple locations across New York, Jersey City, Boston, and Washington, D.C.

Requirements

Experience working as a barista in a similar environment.
Curious Intelligence to continue learning in the position.

Nice To Haves

Passion for coffee.
Familiarity with current trends in the specialty coffee and tea industry.

Responsibilities

Preparation of coffee beverages for the entire restaurant.
Consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality.
Prepare classic espresso beverages (cappuccinos, macchiatos, cortados etc.).
Dial in espresso and pull great shots consistently with the ability to create latte art.
Work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Interact and communicate with all colleagues and guests to consistently support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality.
