About The Position

The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort is seeking experienced, friendly, and energetic Baristas to help bring The Cottage to life. Just steps from the beach, this new gathering place will offer specialty coffee, pastries, breakfast favorites, frozen treats, and grab-and-go offerings, complemented by food served from an Airstream outside. As the resort undergoes an exciting renovation and transformation, The Cottage will introduce a playful, relaxed experience grounded in the gracious hospitality that has defined The King and Prince for generations.

Requirements

• Previous barista experience is required, including preparation of espresso-based beverages.
• A friendly, outgoing personality and enjoyment of connecting with guests.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Dependability and the ability to stay organized, positive, and efficient during busy periods.
• Availability for mornings, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages with consistency and care.
• Welcome guests, take orders, make recommendations, and accurately process transactions.
• Assist with pastries, desserts, and grab-and-go offerings.
• Keep displays stocked and café equipment, service areas, and indoor and outdoor guest spaces clean and inviting.
• Support opening and closing responsibilities while following food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work closely with The Cottage and Airstream team to deliver a smooth, welcoming guest experience.
