About The Position

The training is hands-on, ensuring baristas can perform their jobs safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will excel at creating a meaningful and helpful customer experience through appreciation and kind service, and will build strong relationships with coworkers via transparent communication and teamwork. Memorization is crucial for drink consistency and customer retention, as baristas will be preparing blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes and unique creation sequences.

Requirements

Ability to be scheduled ~24 hours/week or about 3 - 4 shifts/week
Must be available Mids & Closing Shifts 9 am - 5 pm & 1 pm - 8:30 pm
Must be available Monday - Sunday
Availability to work 2-out-of-3 weekend days (Friday, Saturday, & Sunday)
Holiday availability are a Must
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments
Handling food according to state health codes
Have an interest in product knowledge to support exceptional customer service
Teamwork

Responsibilities

Prepare blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes following a unique creation sequence.
