About The Position
Villa Restaurant Group is opening a new Starbucks location at Orlando International Airport and is looking for energetic, customer-focused Baristas to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who love creating great guest experiences, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a strong team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while preparing high-quality beverages and food items.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to obtain airport badging (background check required)
Nice To Haves
- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Responsibilities
