About The Position
Town and Country Resort is a vibrant destination that blends mid-century charm with modern energy. The MRKT, located within the resort, is a spot for quick bites, quality coffee, and grab-and-go items. We are seeking a Full-Time Barista who is passionate about coffee and creating positive experiences for guests. The ideal candidate can manage a busy environment, maintain cleanliness, and provide excellent customer service with a friendly personality.
Requirements
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred, but not required.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment (think morning coffee rush levels of busy).
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask without breaking a sweat—or spilling the latte.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other menu items with consistency and care.
- Deliver friendly, efficient service that keeps guests coming back.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace.
- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Keep the vibe upbeat—because coffee tastes better with good energy.
