This role involves completing closing duties such as storing reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning equipment and areas, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing a daily cleaning checklist. The position also requires setting up, stocking, and maintaining work areas, and inspecting the cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver before use. Maintaining cleanliness throughout the day with a clean-as-you-go approach is essential. The role also requires adherence to company and safety policies, reporting accidents and unsafe conditions, and completing safety training. Maintaining a clean and professional appearance, protecting company assets, and providing excellent guest service are key. This includes welcoming guests according to company standards, speaking clearly and professionally, answering phones with proper etiquette, developing positive working relationships, supporting team goals, and responding appropriately to employee concerns. Ensuring quality expectations and standards are met, and reading and visually verifying information are also part of the job. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, manipulating objects with fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, navigating various surfaces and stairs, and reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Other reasonable duties may be requested by supervisors.
