About The Position

As a Barista at Starbucks, you help create a warm, welcoming space where coffee and customer interactions foster connection. You engage with customers, respond to their needs, and prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize orders. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment and performing a variety of store tasks during each shift. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customize them to customer requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredients.
Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
