About The Position

Under the direction of the Rise Restaurant Assistant Manager, Coffee Bar Attendant provides customers with prompt service and quality food and beverages while ensuring a positive guest service experience.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service and/or coffee bar/barista, as well as in cashiering/money handling preferred.
Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.
Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance.
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
The department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; management expectation is that you must be able to work any shift including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greets and takes guest orders in a courteous and efficient manner.
Prepares hot and cold food orders (i.e. coffee and espresso drinks), including sandwiches.
Collect various forms of payment to process orders using the cash register and applies monies and makes accurate change.
Keeps service area, guest tables, and storage area clean, sanitary, and organized at all times.
Handles and solves any concerns and questions customers may have or relays guest complaints/compliments to the appropriate Assistant Manager on duty.
Performs all side work and stocking of supplies at assigned station, and maintains all food service carts in the outlet.
Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.
Completes all set-up and closing duties in a timely fashion.
Perform other duties as assigned.
