About The Position

We are looking for a full-time Barista to prepare coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other café beverages, maintaining quality, presentation, and good customer service. This position will also support the Bakery team in basic tasks such as production, oven, packaging, restocking, display organization, and area cleaning. The ideal person should be friendly, responsible, organized, and able to work with a sense of urgency in a dynamic operation. Availability for rotating shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. is required, including weekends and holidays as per operational needs. Requirements

Previous experience as a Barista, Coffee Barista, Café Attendant, Bakery, food service, or customer service is preferred.
Experience preparing coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, teas, or other beverages is preferred.
Willingness to support basic Bakery tasks, production, oven, packaging, and restocking.
Good service attitude, responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork.
Availability to work rotating shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., including weekends and holidays as per operational needs.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, but not mandatory.

Prepare coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages following recipes and quality standards.
Serve customers cordially, quickly, and professionally.
Operate and maintain clean café equipment.
Support basic Bakery tasks, including production, oven, packaging, restocking, and product display organization.
Keep beverage stations, displays, counters, and work areas clean, organized, and stocked.
Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking tasks as per operational needs.
