About The Position
Madcap Coffee is seeking an organized, mission-driven, and coffee-loving person to be a barista. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, adept at multitasking, efficient, and have an interest in the greater food and beverage industry. Coffee experience is not required. This role offers the opportunity to work with a team of high-performing baristas in a fast-paced and high-energy atmosphere.
