About The Position

We are currently seeking a Barista/Smoothie Production to join our team at Kreation. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Krew by creating exceptional food, juices, smoothies, and coffees while maintaining Kreation's high standards for service, style, selection, and excellence.

Requirements

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide recommendations and answer customer questions
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others to achieve common goals
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards for food quality and presentation
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
Must be able to stand during the entire shift, often up to 8 hours with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting plates, boxes, and objects up to 30 pounds up to 5 times per shift.
Must be comfortable with some exposure to steam, high/low temperatures, and humidity.
Must have a flexible schedule and be available for weekends and closing shifts.
Must have high energy, awesome communication, team-orientation, and be a diligent worker.
Must have a Food Handler's Card and pass all the requisite training and certifications assigned to the role within 2 weeks of the Hire Date.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
Ensure that all products are prepared and presented to Kreation's high standards
Committed to exceptional standards for quality, consistency, taste, presentation, and proper customization of orders; works quickly and efficiently to deliver fast and accurate preparation of guest orders
Provide recommendations to customers based on their preferences and dietary requirements
Support and collaborate with the Store Krew to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
