About The Position

As a takeaway counter server (H/F), you will be responsible for carrying out a set of tasks related to the Hilton Quebec Takeaway Counter: preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, ensuring the consistency, quality, and presentation of products, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of service areas, taking customer orders and processing payments, restocking ingredients and supplies, handling daily requisitions and stocking merchandise, participating in opening and closing tasks, and adhering to food hygiene and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• Ability to prepare and serve coffee and other beverages
• Skills in ensuring product consistency, quality, and presentation
• Capability to maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
• Proficiency in taking customer orders and processing payments
• Experience in restocking ingredients and supplies
• Competence in handling daily requisitions and stocking merchandise
• Willingness to participate in opening and closing tasks
• Knowledge of and adherence to food hygiene and sanitation standards
