About The Position
Watermark Baton Rouge is looking for a part-time Barista/Outlet Cashier to join their team. This role is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. The Barista/Outlet Cashier will receive and deliver guest orders and collect payments in Milford’s on Third, a dining facility described as a New York City style deli with Southern-charmed offerings. The position reports to the Outlet Manager/Supervisor.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field prepared.
- Experience in fine dining helpful.
Responsibilities
- Approaching all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Being attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees.
- Being familiar with the organization of the Restaurant(s), lounges, and Room Service and know the function of each job position.
- Having a thorough knowledge of menus and current specials in applicable outlets.
- Servicing guests with all food and beverage requirements in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Receiving and delivering guests orders and collecting payment.
