About The Position
The primary responsibility of the Perks Attendants is to provide the highest quality Food and Beverage service in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Perks Attendants must have a strong working knowledge on how to make specialty coffee beverages and food safety and sanitization standards.
Requirements
- Must be eighteen (18) or older
- Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays
- mathematical skills that require the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- effective oral and written communication skills in order to interact with all employee levels and guests within the hotel
- Ability to multi task, prioritize and handle conflicting demands
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing priorities and situations
- Sold under pressure, professional and able to maintain composure in handing complaints and other feedback
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromise
Nice To Haves
- Prior Barista experience
- Demonstrated experience in exercising confidentiality and integrity
