About The Position

We are looking for a customer-focused Barista with strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills. Basic coffee knowledge is essential, and attention to detail is crucial in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. A positive attitude and commitment to great service are key.

Requirements

• Excellent listening and communication skills to effectively interact with coworkers and customers
• Basic coffee knowledge, such as how to prepare common coffee beverages (advanced knowledge is a plus)
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to interact in a positive manner and prevent or resolve conflicts
• Strong teamwork abilities to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with other Baristas
• Attention to Detail to manage specific customer requests and minimize errors
• Time management and organizational skills to work efficiently and effectively in a high-volume workplace

Nice To Haves

• Advanced coffee knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving coffee beverages to company standards
• Managing customer orders with attention to detail and accuracy
• Collaborating with team members to maintain smooth workflow during peak hours
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following opening, closing, and shift-change procedures
