About The Position
We are seeking a Barista/ Deli Sandwich Artist to oversee our sandwich station at our café located at the U of M Brighton Specialty Center. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, stays calm under pressure, and leads by example in both service and execution.

Responsibilities
- Prepare sandwiches according to company specifications and quality standards
- Lead execution of high-volume sandwich service during peak hours
- Prep ingredients for daily service and catering (slice deli meats, prepare house-made salads, vegetable prep, etc.)
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages (Starbucks-style drinks)
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Support and assist team members as needed
- Answer customer questions and ensure a positive guest experience
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and consistency
